The LCS off-season is in full swing as the League of Legends season 13 comes to an end. Despite some challenges faced by the region, there is still a lot of potential for growth in the NA scene. In this article, we will take a look at the latest rumors and roster changes happening in the LCS.
The departure of the historic organization TSM is the most notable change in terms of participants. Shopify Rebellion will be joining the LCS as the new team, with anticipation on whether they can replicate the success of NRG, who won the LCS championship in their debut split.
On the players' side, there will be significant changes, especially in the mid-bottom tiers. It remains to be seen whether NA orgs will opt for importing players from other regions or focus on domestic talents, as NRG did this season. The free agency period starts on Nov. 21, and rumors are already circulating about potential roster moves for the teams this off-season.
NRG, fresh off their Worlds journey, is still uncertain about their roster for the upcoming season. Only two players, Dhokla and FBI, have contracts expiring this off-season, making them players to watch.
Golden Guardians had a strong season, making it to MSI and narrowly missing out on Worlds 2023. All players on their roster have contracts expiring next year, with no rumors circulating about their future.
Cloud9, on the other hand, will be making two changes to their roster. Jojopyun and Vulcan will be joining the C9 squad, while Zven and EMENES have left the organization.

Immortals is also making major changes, with Tactical and Treatz's contracts expiring. Armao is rumored to join, but the rest of the lineup is still uncertain.
Shopify Rebellion, who acquired the TSM slot, has retained the entire TSM squad. However, three out of the five players have contracts expiring soon, so more changes may be on the horizon.
