Licences
A licence tells you who you can complain to. It does not make betting legal where you live.
The most common licence in the top ten (8 of 10). Curacao regulates online gaming under its National Ordinance on Games of Chance and publishes a licence register you can search.
Curaçao Gaming AuthorityAn EU regulator. CampoBet and William Hill list an MGA licence among theirs.
Malta Gaming AuthorityLicenses betting for players in Great Britain. William Hill is the UKGC-licensed brand in the top ten.
Gambling CommissionWhether you may bet depends on where you live. India, for example, banned online money games from 1 May 2026; other countries license or tolerate offshore sites.
Esports betting by countryOur database
Counts from the esportranker database, October 2026.
There is no single best site for everyone. Start with the sites that are legal where you live, then pick the one that covers your game and charges the lowest margin on it. In our example League of Legends match the margin ran from 4.1% to 8.1%.
Compare the same market on the same match. Add 1 ÷ odds for both teams: the further the sum is above 100%, the more the site keeps. Then check coverage of your game, live markets, payment methods and the licence.
On esports coverage, odds and margin, live betting, payments, and licence and terms. Our ranking system sets the order and the editors check it. We are paid by some of the bookmakers we list, and that alone never decides a position: how we rank explains the process.
Look at the licence first. A licence from your own country gives you local consumer protection; an offshore licence (Curacao, Anjouan) gives you much less. Every site in our ranking shows its licences on the review page.
That depends on the country you live in, not on where the bookmaker is licensed. Some countries license betting, some ban online betting, and some have no clear rules. Read the country guide for where you live.
Many do. Each card in the ranking lists the site's payment methods live from our database, so you can see who takes Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT before you sign up.
Only after you read which markets count. Some offers exclude esports or need a minimum odds level, and every turnover requirement costs you the margin on each bet. Our bonus guides show how to work out what an offer is worth.
The margin compounds with every leg. At 5% per leg, a three-leg accumulator carries about 14.3% and a five-leg one about 22.6%.
Responsible gambling
Esports draw a younger audience than most sports. These rules apply on every page of this site.
Licensed bookmakers check age and identity before you can withdraw. If you are under 18 (or under 21 where that is the limit), use this site for information only.
Our responsible gaming pageDecide what a month of betting may cost and set a deposit limit in your account. Chasing a lost map or series with a bigger stake is the pattern to watch for.
Signs of a gambling problemIn-game items with a cash value are money. Skin gambling sites are often unlicensed and may not check age at all.
